Samples

The following images were taken with the Sony FE 70-200mm f2.8 GM OSS. The lens was mounted on a 24MP Sony Alpha 6500 and a 24MP Sony Alpha 9 camera in the first set of images which are large fine JPG files straight out of camera. The second set of images were shot on a 42MP Sony A7R II camera. These images are RAW files developed in Lightroom 9.2/CRAW 12.2 from RAW to Adobe Color profile with the built-in lens profile compensating CA and vignetting. Noise-reduction is set to 0, sharpening to 50/0.5/36/10, with no extra tone, color, or saturation adjustment. I only did the occasional exposure compensation in post-processing.

The individual exposure details are stated for each image. All of my high resolution Sony FE 70-200mm f2.8 GM OSS sample images are available to download in their original formats for analysis at Flickr. These files are for personal evaluation only and cannot be used in another publication or website without permission.
