You're very welcome to show/link your photos here.
When you do, please follow these hints/tips:
1. Place your photos somewhere (like flickr, or your own website). You cannot store pictures at the Camera labs website!
2. If you just want to link to your pics, that's easy! Use the following scheme:
your-descriptive-text
or more simple [url=link2pic]text[/url]
3. If you want your photo to be displayed in your post with a link to the original, replace the descriptive text by the address for your thumbnail like this:
Image
or more simple [url=link2web][img]link2thumbnail[/img][/url]

If you have any more qestions on this just ask... I had the same problem before!

Well, let me see if I can help

In order to publish photos on Camera Labs, your photos must be stored (hosted) in an website. There are many photo-hosting websites out there like Flickr ( www.flickr.com ) where you can upload your photos to, so you can share them on Internet. Another possibility is, if you have your own website, you can host your photos there. If you don't, go to Flickr, create an account, upload your photos and you'll be able to share them with us and other people over the world.

Once your photos are hosted, you have to add some code here in the forum so they will show to us.
You can show your photos directly, like this:

Image

Or you can put a link to it, like this:

http://www.flickr.com/photos/alexvenom/3071027420/

To put a photo directly, you have to copy your image URL (address on internet, like "http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3245/3071027420_dff0368283_m.jpg") then you put here between the code:

[ img]Here Goes Your Adress[ /img]

I put an blank space before the IMG (between [ and I) and /IMG (between [ and /) so you can read, but you should remove the blank space.
So it would look like this:

[ img]http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3245/3071027420_dff0368283_m.jpg[ /img]

Again, without the blank spaces.
To put an direct link, you just replace the IMG and /IMG for URL and /URL.

Is it clear now?

Nope. You need to use a construct like

[url=addressof the desired Flickr page]Image[/url]

Use the "Quote" button on this post to see the text I used.

Bob.
