Bright Sun and shady trees made this day metering hell but I kind of like these.





You can see the rest of the fair at my pbase site. Filled up 1.5 GB to get about 35 good ones. Love the S5.

Nice shots John - the girls in the second one really look like they were belting out a tune! Where was this event?

The fair was in Sterling Forest, NY about 45 mi North of NYC. The metering conditions were from hell and the ones on the site are all that came from about 150 shots but they were worth it.

This is a question, not so much a comment.
I think it's a really nice picture, but do you think the movement in the second one ( the top lady on the right ) would have been less if you had altered your shutter speed?

The girl with the wings looks like she wanted to "fly" away. lol
The one to the lower left has a look of "oh my, I hope this does not end up on the net" lol and the one that is 2nd upper left scares me lol
