I ate goat in India once. We thought we had ordered lamb but when we got down to the bone...

Now I am sure there must be a joke there related to lipstick and pigs, goats and lambs - I just can't think of one right now

BTW I take it as the goat was on your plate it wasn't very ANIMATED? ;)

I am sorry to have caused so much trouble.
Actually I thought you guys would perhaps like this months theme, but it seems to cause a lot of trouble, thats not what I intended though.

I was actually thinking about pictures like these:

Of course photoshop isnt required to participate in this months theme..

Gordon any chance we can have a max size increase for this month only? 500px is not a lot if someone wants to do a multiple shot in a single frame :)

Shallowlife, you should be grateful I can't find you lest I tighten that tie you were wearing in your self portrait up really close to cutting off your air supply. There's never a moment's rest in this forum, always, always raising the bar. (Still dreaming of a vote....)

Agreed very nice image, not sure if it obides by the rules though? Does each image not have to be taken within the month of the challenge?

Sorry not trying to be funny to the submitter but we have had this a couple of times before, would be nice to know if the rules have changed on this specifically for this challenge...

Also Gordon any chance of upping the 500px maximum length allowed (I asked this elsewhere as well ;))

Hi Mark,

I think both your questions were already answered in Gordon's opening post in the December submissions thread.

Bob.

Shallowlife, with your example that certainly seems more fun, and also do-able. I love that top series with Grampa saying goodbye. That's really interesting, thought provoking, and IMHO exhibits the old adage "a picture paints a thousand words."

Yep Mark, for this month only, the maximum size is 800x800 pixels, but that doesn't mean you HAVE to use the maximum size! And as stated in the rules, only ONE of the images has to be taken in December 2008.

mikeroch, that's a fantastic example to kick-off the assignment! Nice work!

So...we are allowed photomanipulations as well? Where's the fun in that then? :)
