Hello,

I thought there had to be more Pentax on this forum! So this is my input.. :D

I took the pics with my Pentax K10d.. The 50-200 is a kitlens. In my opinion not a bad one. Its quite good with good light conditions.

someone had to be the first :wink: I saw it too, thats why I submitted these pics :D

I have two more Pentax lenses.. So I might add them too :)
The people here must see, that you can also make good pics with a Pentax :)

Ro_Serpiente, those are excellent shots of a very handsome bird! (What kind of bird is it, by the way? I'm ornithologically challenged.)

My own try at a mugshot with the 50-200mm lens:

focal length: 200mm (300mm equiv.)
aperture: f8.0
shutter: 1/80 sec
sensitivity: ISO 400
camera: Pentax K100D Super

(sharpened in Photoshop after size reduction)
