Hi To All I Need to buy some good Filters For Photoshop i need the filters to arrange colors levels and so on you know. Can you give me some help

Nik Software provide some good filters, but they are pricey... here's the link.

I use Photoshop CS2 with Nik software's Colour Effex pro.
