Hi i was hoping someone could tell me If the Jobo Giga One storage device work's with Sony RAW Photo format "ARW" I really need something to back up my photo's on the go but i shoot ARW. Would really appricate anyhelp on this. Jobo Giga One say's it support's RAW but does that mean Sony's RAW "ARW" format too would be perfect it someone had a Sony Alpha and a Jobo.

I assume it is simply a storage device that backs up data from a CF-card to a hard disk. And it probably couldn't care less about the nature of the data. Whether its JPGs, RAW files, MP3s, Spreadsheet files or PDFs. Data is data and I expect it will happily transfer anything it finds on a CF-card to its hard disk.

That's what i thought too, that it would just act as a protable hard drive. But still not 100%

As far as i know, you can store any file-type.
So it will take txt's as good as arw's.
