I'll ad more tomorrow. Had to work today and now I'm too tired to finish the Sigma lenses.

Is there a “shoe cap” available for the A200?. (small black plastic plate cover).

 , forgot to list those. Thanks for the question, I'll add them.
And yes, they are available, both in black and silver. For the black one, click here: FA-SHC1AM/B.

Thanks Bjorn, you would be surprised how many salespeople don’t know that it exists.
I assume that the hot shoe is identical on the 100, 700 and 200, as the web site shows only compatibility with the 100 & 700.

Yes. Flash guns are all compatible and they mount on the same kind of hotshoe as the cap.
I guess salespeople should get this guide onto their screens for easy search. :D

Thanks!

And as some of you may have notice, there's a new Guide coming up, with links to different catergories, more specifications etc.
Feel free to PM me any suggestions!

Keep up the good work Bjorn. That's an invaluable resource for Sony users.

Perhaps I should announce already, there might be more Guides coming up soon, in other sections...

Is it time to update with the new Sony's?

Moreover - how about paying tribute to the forefathers and referencing the original Minolta lens. Most of the Sony's are rebadged Minoltas anyway, probably cross reference those or something.

Good work Bjorn!

Thanks! Sorry for the very late reply, I guess I just didn't notice the icon lighting up after you posted.

A new Guide is in the making, which will take somewhat longer. I don't intend to include Minolta lenses, Michael Hohner's got a great site for those:
