I have been thinking about trying to sell some of my work but dont know who or where to sell it to. Any suggestions?

And another question: Does anyone know of any free photography contests either online or mail-in?

Free online challenges: DP Challenge

Probably the best place for online contests. It's free to sign up, but to enter Member only challenges, you need to become a full member which costs money for a years membership.

But the free membership allows you access to enter into open challenges. Two new challenges for open members every Tuesday.

microstock & macrostock agencies, but is harder than you may think :wink:
lots of competitions going always on magazines websites, and here somewhere on forum is one.
