 Post subject: Vancouver skyline

I was quite pleased with this. It looked kind of rendered as opposed to a photo. I did a little post processing.. worked on the levels a little but not much more than that. The flag spoils it a little as it's neither in the picture or out of it, so I may try it cropped but here it is as it stands.

We have 2 sunny days a year! Today is one of them and the day the photo was taken was the other!

It was taken from close to the water looking towards the city.

Hi Thomas,

I can testify to Welly's meteorological assessment. Today it was about 30C and clear skies and oppressively sunny. This doesn't happen very often and is hard to adjust to so rapidly.

I guess that's what you get living close to both ocean and mountains..whew.

Nice shot Welly. Vancouver's skyline can be quite international-looking from the right angles :-)
