Hi Drazen Gal,

Welcome back to the forum; you've been missed.

Checking out your June submission (very nice, by the way) I guess you must have been abducted by aliens and the photo was of your ride home. It should really have been in the Transportation competition a couple of months ago!

Bob.

I have forgot to write... I really, really like Gordon's rule for Junes assignment related with no post processing! If U ask me I will use this rule for every future assignment from now on.

Cheers!

This would have been the alternative entry to this month's On Assignment.

Image

The shooting info and shooting place were about the same.

Well..do you guys think its less worse or not?

Edit: See below for write-up.

I don't see how it conveys the power of light? Technically there is nothing wrong with this photo, but it does not seem fitting for the theme at all.

Oh yes, I forgot to add the 'write-up'.

I know its silly but here goes:
"Light - its power lets the ships and its workers bring cargo back and from ports."

Ok, with the description I understand what you mean, but your photo still does not convey this to the viewer.

Perhaphs a shot taken at dusk or dawn with a ship and some navigation beacons included in the frame would do a better job of driving that statement home, or something like that.

Anyhow, that's just how I would portray it. There are virtually unlimited different possibilities

It's best not to call me Thomas since that name is already associated with a CL popstar  It would just get too confusing around here.

If you don't feel like writing out my full member name, then you can just call me Tom or Tommy :P
