After taking this photo, I realize that my kit 18-55mm lens is better at getting detail in macro shots than my Sigma 70-300mm macro lens =\

serenity i really like the detail in this photo, the pollen adds a sparkle affect on the flower.

I'm always suprised how kit lenses preform, thats probably why i have not upgraded yet!

very pretty, Serenity...well captured, that lens has served you well...am glad you are putting it to such good use...

I love the little dusting of pollen, my goodness the bees should have cleaned up after themselves...stompin around with dust on their feet!!

great purple colors, great detail, and wonderful macro...
