I picked up the nikkor 18-200mm lens yesterday heres one of my favorites of just a few shots taken with it.




Camera Model: NIkon D80
Lens and focal length: 18-200 at 32(48 at a 35mm equivalent)
Aperture: f/14
Shutter Speed: 1/800
Sensitivity: 640(by accident, forgot to change it back from earlier )
Post processing:Brought down brightness, and increased saturation

Given the size of the image we cant really see noise in it!

You got some flare on in this image tho, on the middle right hand side of it.

Why didn't you shoot at 18? would have been kinda neat to lay down on the grass or the ground and shot a shot straight up or even at 150mm or something

i like the intense blue color of the sky.

Welll i was walking around with someone else soem i didnt have much time to get on the ground, but if i shot at 18mm you would havee to many wires and it just didnt look right, i dont know whyy ididnt bring my hood as far as the flare goes. stupuid me

I went back to this (dog) park today, this time with the hood on But i still managed to get some flare. Oh well, these structures are in a dog park with a cement base around them (you can see one in the 2nd pic, but the one she ran into had no gap between the ground) and when i hoped over (only about 1.5ft high) it my puppy tried to follow me but she ran into the base So atleast i got a laugh out of it
