 Post subject: is there such a thing??

...as a sturdy, light, long-lasting tripod with a decent ball-type head for under say $70(usa)?? Does such a thing exist?? And if so, what would you suggest?

its got decent reviews from people with SLRs, not so much for people with video cameras though but who cares?
