I've been taking a picture every day at 10 pm. for a little over 5 months now, and i'm looking for a time-efficient way to crop all the photo's to the same zoomlevel (not all are taken from exactly the same distance) and to turn them into a movie. Any tips?
thanks!

For convenience, I take all my shots with my k800i cameraphone. as opposed to my Oly, i've got it with me pretty much all the time. I have a daily alarm clock set and I pretty much just take the picture with my arm stretched halfway wherever i am. I've got about 160 now, and I'm very curious how it'll look :)
