Has anyone experienced inaccurate center auto focus problems with the Canon EOS 70D at distances greater than 15 feet? This would only be with the mirror down, not using Live View; and only the center focus point.

Toby of Digital Photo Recommendations (facebook.com/Digital.Photo.Recommendations) has sent his 70D back to Canon twice for this issue.

FWIW I haven't experienced this issue.
