Hello all.

well, I am back for the quack Dr.. get this-- I get there and fill out lots of paperwork, he spends 2-5min looking at my hand and said "it is still swollen come back on tuesday, that will be $189.00, pay the girl at the desk on the way out please." I said "WHAT!!!!!!" "you havent even looked at the x-ray's or felt my hand or thumb, taken my blood presure, asked how I am feeling, whether I am in pain or not, OR even asked me what happend!!!! I would hate to see what you charge for 1 hours work if you want $189 for not even 5 mins!!"

Forget becoming a pro-photographer I going med school!! if the Dr.'s today are charging $2268 per hour! (189x 12=$2268) that like $6,531,840 a year!!

I said "forget coming back, I'll go get some duck tape for $5.95 and do it myself."

I will go to a walk-in clinic for the un-insured it should only cost me $100 or so for the cast. I would have to wait a week or so to find out if I need the operation. they are sure that I will need it, but they want to try the cast first.

Nick

Nope.

The operation is set for next week. Two pins to re-set it.
About $3500 to do it.
