what will happen for dsc hx200v after take 100.000 photo? Will it lock itself like call service or broken? Because it has a counter in it. I am worried about it.

Don't be afraid, it won't lock itself. The counter will restart from 000001 and it will keep on snapping pictures. That is, if it ever manages to get to 100,000 photos, not all cameras do sadly.

will it take less quality pictures after 100.000 ? Because I think there is a limited quality life.

The only thing I can think of that might become more of a problem is dead pixels. As you use the camera, some of the many millions of pixels will stop functioning. Still, after taking 100,000 shots, there shouldn't be too many dead pixels.
Just out of curiosity: how many pictures do you take? I remember taking lots of pictures with my DSLR (even firing it at 5 frames per second for half a minute to enjoy the sound of the camera) and I never even got close to 100,000 exposures.

Why 100.000 shown as to much for you? Even I am not a girl I can take 500 a day 100000/500=200 day is not exactly 1 year. If I were a girl plus 10 or 20 times become 100000/10000 =10 day so 100.000 is not so much I think even 1.000.000 is very less for girs to take only herself...
