Hi Friends
I have a Nikon D 90 Kit, mostly I do Travel photography, family pictures etc, I am an amateur, recently I have developed interest in BIRD PHOTOGRAPHY, I have two option --

1 Option One - To buy a Nikon 70-300 VR II and get a reach of 450 mm with my D 90 ( 80-400 is out of my budget )

2. Option Two - To buy a recently launched Fuji HS 50 EXR camera having 24mm-1000mm zoom

With 70-300 VR II , sometimes I will have to crop a picture . With a FUji EXR HS 50, I will compose while shooting with 1000mm in my hands, so question of cropping do not arise.

Please suggest what to do ??
Either buy a Nikon 70-300 VR II lens and crop a picture later or buy a Fuji HS 50 and get a good composition.

Expert comments are welcome.

Thanks & Regards

Alok

Hi Bob Andersson
Please post a review of Fuji HS 50 EXR model :) :) , Seems at present there are no users of Fuji Hs 50 in this forum.

Thanks
Alok
