I agree with Bjorn here. Try to find a pristine one first, then try to make the best image you can. Dying/dead flowers aren't really a subject I see a lot, so you are being original, but I do still like perfect flowers better :oops: .

Nice shot, personally I do find dying flowers curious, at least this one got my attention. I agree, it's quite original as most people, as mentioned, will strive for the nicest flower which in general will be the best looking, though this one looks interesting as well, good job :)
