Today i used a new laptop to try to update my NEX5N

Instructions say REMOVE SD card,THEN check that "mass storage"is chosen in camera menu.I did that several times and tried on several PCs But My NEX5N cant be found

I then tried my NEX 3 same usb cable just changed the camera on the end,with SD card removed a message said "mass storage USB device found and ready to use

WHATs WRONG with my NEX 5N?? I dont WANT to take it back under the garentee and it works perfectly other than not being able to add firmware which is now 1.02,Sony have just added a day or two ago the newest firmware
