As others have mentioned the charts are an interesting stats exercise. Something which maybe equally informative is a usability comparison including things like:
How many sub menus do you need to negotiate to change a particular setting?
How easy is it to change the memory card/battery?
How much power does it take when you only have the LCD screen to see most settings compared to other display systems?
How does the balance of the camera change with different lenses or a flash attached?
