Every weekend for the next few weeks is carnival in Limoux(France)

Today the tourist office explained, it is done, as it has been for more than 400 years (not a plastic hamburger 20c adaption)

Its amazing,But my NEX5N with sony E zoom was hopeless Looking for the flash menu(couldnt find it)i managed to change the ASA setting.

It was a freezing night, 23.00,oclock The wind blowing off the river,froze the hands,took clouds of confettii into the air & the paving stone of the market square froze the feet

Shivering, i constantly found the video running.The Sony E zoom wouldnt focus and my frozen fingers changed settings i didnt want changed,I left without the images id hope for

Next night i fitted a Summicron with adapter,Life was then so much better.The flash worked the focus was always (well mostly) spot on and i didnt touch the asa menu setting thumb wheel

Are the controls on a NEX 7 less prone to wrong settings when used on dark cold nights????
