Here are some of my favourite shots taken during a day of all seasons at Porthcawl yesterday afternoon. They've had a bit of work with Snapseed to bring out some of the drama of the weather, which I found quite hard to capture just with the camera alone.
They're not as sharp as I would have liked, but I'm glad I went out for the camera practice and braved the gusty winds, squalls, downpours and hail

All taken on my Panasonic GX1; the beach ones with my 14-42mm Lumix lens and the last one with my 50mm Nikon
Somehow I've managed to loose the camera setting info
Calm after the stormI think I've maybe gone a little OTT on the post processing, but I really like the dramatic sky in this one and I wanted the lichen on the rocks to show up.
Shining lightI loved the look of the seafront street lamps against the sunset sky, though I wish I'd noticed that I chopped the top off the lamp in the foreground at the time.
Sunset street lampsOf course any critique is most welcome, thanks.
