Having read the NEX-6 review its clear its not for me.
Shorter battery life useing the viewfinder was a surprise(shock ) as i wanted the NEX-6 for its veiwfinder to improve? focusing when useing my Nikon lenses.

Last week i bought a Voigtlander lens.The NEX adapter is less than half the length of my Nikon adapter.the lens its self compact,very easy to carry and use,focusing is more or less fixed,My NEX-5n has become almost a point and shoot.Can do without veiwfinder for now

To have wi-fi and the option to use when needed my NEX-3 or 5N battery seems to point to the NEX5r or NEX5f but i know NOTHING about them and beyond the price found no useful review

Where can i find a full reveiw for the new NEX 5R&F whats the differance??I wonder

We may review the NEX 5R in the future, but in the meantime the Wifi features are the same as the 6, so if there's a lot of common information in our NEX 6 review.

As for the viewfinder, remember it's electronic, not optical, so that's why it consumes battery power - and interestingly it seems to consume more than the screen! Still handy in bright light though.

if you want Wifi but don't need a viewfinder, then the 5R sounds like a good bet.
