Been offline for a couple of days, flying back to the UK for an overnight trip. Dull and gloomy over there, but the morning sun lighting up the landscape over northern Iraq, with the fog nestling in the valleys, was a nice sight:

As always, I really do enjoy seeing your images. This also reminds me that I very nearly bought a Nikkor 85mm 1.4D last month, but elected to buy a 16mm 2.8D Fisheye, instead. Both had been at a local dealer for months. The Fisheye's comparative rarity, plus a desire to try something totally different, prompted me to choose the Fisheye.
