As the weather is preventing any deep-sky imaging I am getting on with some photomicroscopy. This is a 42-frame (full frame with a Canon 5D MkII) photomicromosaic of a Curcurbits stem (cross-section) at magnification x50. The image shown here of course is massively downsized from the 25,000 x 23,000 pixel original TIFF file.
