Being from the US, 33 degrees made me instantly think of freezing cold temps... then I realized NZ uses Celsius. (That's realise with a "Z", the reality distortion field is alive and well here.)

Just spotted the Nikon V1 for quite a bit less than many compacts, $300 to be exact. That's both cheaper than the Canon S110, G12 and of course other brand's cameras (Panasonic LX7 for example).
Oh, and it comes with the 10-30mm too!

Yup, the V1 seems to have taken a price crash since the new one came out. Or the J1 twin lens kit is only a little more.

Elsewhere: I've kinda decided to go to the zoo today, but it's likely to be raining continuously... what am I thinking?

Got five packages coming my way these next couple of days. Ordered three items from Amazon and they decided to split my order over three boxes. Another order from Amazon is coming soon, and then there's the iMac. Good thing my vacation is not over yet.

just found out I got scammed while I was visiting Shanghai!

well I was out photographing the streets of Shanghai, I got approached by a girl that accompanied me to a cafe called Sundy Coffee, on the 7th floor of some building in Nanjing Road.

Where I lost 4300RMB... I was thinking how could a few glasses of whisky and tea be soo much? so it is fraud... I didnt know that I could be that gullible >.<

anyways I've contacted my bank and reported about this fraud, I hope I will get my money back... I dont think my money has been taken yet, its still processing though.

well hopefully I can get it back... I hope that place gets burnt down, I mean it!

Hopefully any of u wont get fooled as badly as I did.

:( :( Im peeved

iMac has shipped and is set to arrive on Wednesday Jan 2nd. Saving the few images I took on Christmas day to process them on that 27" display!

I finished my new PC build, everything's running super quickly! I can go from completely shut off to my start screen in about 15 seconds.
