Nice shot, I like it, but I think the post-processing looks a little like the overused Instagram effects.

I used one of the lomo effects in Fotor. Do you think I should reduce the strength when applying? Since the original one seemed a little plain and contributed little to the atmosphere, I did some post processing. Do you have any better suggestions for improving?

Do you have any photo-editing software?

I use HDR darkroom if I want to create hdr photos. When I decide to share pictures on line, I turn to online photo editor for help, such as Fotor. I think it is easy and convenient. Photoshop sometimes is a bit difficult for me.

From what I understand, you do own Photoshop, am I correct? If you do, I would suggest you to learn the basics to get the best results for editing your photos, maybe watch some tutorials on YouTube or something. If you don't own Photoshop, I would suggest you buy Lightroom, it's simpler than Photoshop and it is great for managing your photos.
And back to your questions, I think you should reduce the strength a bit, maybe experimenting with other simpler adjustments like contrast or brightness, I'm not really familiar with Fotor so I might not be the best person to help you use it. In general, whatever you use, I would strongly recommend looking up some tutorials on YouTube on how to improve your editing.

Thanks a lot. :) I decide to start learning with photo editing software I use now. Hope that I can make a progress, because I do love sharing pictures on journey here. By the way, do you think it is improper to post same picture with different post-processing here?

A new post-processing of the same picture with the same photo editing software. Hope that it looks a little better.

Thanks a lot! :D To be honest, I was a little nervous when I decided to post the same picture with another editing here. But now I think it seems great. I mean let people with same hobby witness my little progress and share sweet memory along journey.

Yeah! I like this, it's really looking great, and Flower pot has increased the attraction of the house, excellent photograph you have taken. Thanks for sharing his.

The first picture looks like a really old postcard. The second one is a nicer picture. I also agree on reposting the same picture with different editing. It helps to get feedback from people here.
