I think I put this in the wrong section a minute ago, sorry!

Ok so this is my first public upload of a photo so please be gentle! Can't work out how to do the thumbnail thing which is frustrating, and hope at least this link to flickr works. Apologies if I've inadvertently contravened any rules of upload...

I got my DSLR about 2 weeks ago so it's all very new to me. As a response to an ealier question on the forum someone suggested uploading photo attempts for feedback, so here goes. I know you're meant to give information on the settings used but I'm not sure how to retrieve that information once the shot is taken so any tips on that welcome. The photo was taken outside my front door yesterday in Norwich, UK with Canon EOS 550d, Canon 50mm lens and I was trying to focus on the beautiful light on the near cars and windows.

Any feedback welcome as I'm keen to learn.
