Hello Cameralab,


My name is Mahmood Hassan.
From Pakistan and I'm not a terrorist . I do photography just for fun. For last 3-4 years I'been using P&S cameras. Two years ago I got Panasonic FZ8 (saw its video & full review on cameralabs.com).
I learned a lot from this camera. The one and only worst thing about this camera is its noise problem, otherwise its the best camera for me (change its noisy sensor with some decent one And I wouldn't ask for any DSLR). Sometimes back I did a wedding photo shoot of a close relative, impressed by those shots he presented me with Canon 550D (OMG ! I just could not afford it even in my dreams).
It is with kit lenses 18-55 and 75-300 both of which are non IS. I bought 50mm f1.8 to accompany the other two lenses. Now a days I'm just learning to use it. Still overly impressed by FZ8 as I found that its lense much sharper then 550D's kit lenses (50 mm f1.8 is different).

Welcome! Funny I made a few really good friends from Pakistan when I was in Afghanistan in 2010/2011. I would love to be able to stay in contact with them. I was told you have some very beautiful areas of your country, I look forward to seeing some pictures.
