hello, ive been using the 1100d for a year now, it was a great body for me when i first started photography gettin used to settings and now im looking to upgrade.

i have a 18-55mm kit lens, efs 15-85mm is usm lens and a 100mm- 300mm lens.

i was looking at the high entry level like the 550D, 600D and the new 650D. im mainly into landscape photography and if u can give me some advice on these bodys and which do u think would suit my photography.

Well... the 1100D isn't such a bad camera and it's not really old either.

But on the other hand you lenses aren't too bad either so upgrading the body isn't something I'd say that's wrong... still I guess I'd invest my money in some more / better lenses - for example the EF-S 10-22mm, which is an ultra wide angle, might be a very nice lens for landscapes.

The 550D, 600D and 650D all have about the same image quality... 600D and 650D have a swivel screen, which is good if you want to shoot from "special" angles. The 650D even has a touch screen so in live view you just have to put the finger on whatever you want the camera to focus on. I'd say: Count your money and get the newest one you can afford. But still: Lenses are more important.

Jiko gave you some sound advice.
While it may be tempting to keep upgrading your body, unless your body does not do something you want in particular, you will probably get better results from better glass.

Your camera is actually a lot newer than the one I am still using, though I do feel the temptation to upgrade as well.
I have been a lot happier with purchasing more glass than I would have been by upgrading the body.

If you want to get more into landscapes, the Canon EF-S 10-22mm or a Sigma 10-20mm or a Tokina 11-16mm lens will help you out more. They will allow you to get a lot wider than what you currently have.

Though if you want to expand your possibilities, maybe pick up a nice little, an relatively inexpensive, prime lens.
An EF 50mm (either f/1.8 or f/1.4) is usually where people start.
Though a EF-S 60mm f/2.8 macro would allow you to explore macro photography as well as being a prime.

Or a Tamron 60mm f/2 Macro lens, which lets more light in (similar to a 50mm 1. and is a macro lens as well.

Personally I'm using a Canon EOS 500D, which I bought in 2009. Since then I shot about 64.000 photos with it and I updated my lenses instead of my body because the "higher" models or the newer models do have more features but the difference in image quality is negligible. Slightly higher resolution, slightly better high ISO performance but nothing really stunning. OK, that's why I'm going to get a full frame camera quite soon and I just only bought full frame compatible lenses since I got my 500D in 2009 because I already planned to get one since then.

cheers for the advice guys, i think i will buy a few more lenses first then maybe upgrade the body. the reason i was upgrading the body was that the 1100d has 12 mp. i was after 18mp. body but as u say jiko the image quality comes through more with the lenses rather than a body.
