Well, I had difficulty choosing between 4 shots this month. I ended up picking the castle door photo by Mikeroch. With little to work with (P&S camera and a door), he made it look nice.

The Burger King photo I used as an entry, I used that because the layout of the drive thru was unique. It allowed me to shoot the menu, car, cashier window, and store sign all in the same frame.

When I saw "why you love your country", the first thing I wanted to post was a pretty girl 8) , but that would be a bit pretentious so I thought I'd go for the mother of all clichés and photograph a field of wheat and the blue sky with the horizon in the very middle of the frame (outrageously ignoring the rule of thirds ) and that would make the flag of Ukraine. Same say it's the very meaning of the flag, same say it actually is fire and water, and same say that these two colors stay with us since the Vikings and that's why we share colors with Sweden (Cheers, Sweden :D ) but who knows... The thing is that I got here, to Ukraine, only last week and most of the wheat is already collected and we didn’t have many blue skies either... So no submission this month :( .
