Kata neck/shoulder detachable strap, so I can use it as a chest harness on a backpack; and a tripod holder attachment for my Kata 3N1 20

A pair of Sony earphones as an upgrade to the ones I'd owned before, working great to edit audio and video. :)

D800.

My wife advised that the new camera kitchen pass / spending authorization, was about to expire. The message: get it done NOW. To sweeten the pot, I was told that the venerable if 'somewhat' noisy P90 is now a day by day rental item.
Ordered the D800 from the Nikon Store site today. I'm jazzed.
Since last November I studied the daylights out of the 5D2, D700, later the 5D3 & Xpro1. All incredible cameras. Researching these was done while trying not to dwell on the fact that I ordered a D800e from adorama on March 7. Adorama still shows both D800 and 800e on back order. I could have walked out of Sammy's in Santa Barbara over a month ago with a D800. Wonder if my adorama order got routed to an auction site? There has been no shortage of retail ++++$ D800s and 800Es available for auction.
The good news is I'll be posting lower noise snaps on Camera Labs.

Done and done.

Voigtlander LH-6 hood for my 35mm 1.4, took me 4 months to find it, glad I found a store in Taiwan specializing in selling Voigtlander and Cosina lenses :D
B+W UV/IR Cut Filter 43mm, also took a long time to find and for a really low price :D

I also re purchased the shutter release for Canon, lost my old one :S

And another filter, B+W ND110

A new 500W power supply for my desktop. Hopefully it's not too difficult to install as the current one's routed behind the motherboard.

Wow, I feel pretty crazy for buying a Canon 24mm f/1.4L II USM!

I will put up my old 5D2 for sale soon, so hopefully I can get a large part of that expense back

I just ordered...

- two third party batteries for "my" EOS 5D Mark III
- display protector for "my" EOS 5D Mark III
- SanDisk Extreme SDHC 32GB
- Transcend CF 8GB

Just some basic stuff before my 5D3 arrives. My nephew has the Canon EOS 60D - he may charge my batteries before the 5D3 comes so I can begin using it immediately. Using the 500D I can use the SD card before the 5D3 arrives and because my laptop has a SD reader but no CF reader the SD cards will stay my main cards, which is why I only bought a "small" CF card. Just in order to have something to put into the slot. A 32GB card will follow but I'm going to get it after I got the camera and a battery grip.

The time to buy the 5D3 is coming closer and closer... Maybe it will be here within the next two weeks...? 200€ missing. In about one week I should get... *thinking* ... around 250€. Should be enough. Wooo - I start getting excited :D

Finally got my 8GB of RAM for my MBP!

@Jiko - mate, you're going to run into issues if you're shooting primarily to your SD card with 22MP files... I say this assuming you're shooting RAW. CF cards are *so* much faster, you'd be remiss to not invest in some decent ones otherwise you're really limiting yourself.

A Thumbs-Up grip thingy for my M9-P, which does indeed add a lot of comfort to the camera.
