I'm not a fan of milky water so its good to see natural water over the falls. Is Wentworth station in the Blue Moutains.

Faster shutter for me shows the force of water where as slow shutters create the dream effect.
Mostly it is personal choice and a bit context dependant too IMHO like if the amount of water is less then slower shutter helps to fill up the space more.... keeps the contunity of water lines.
I have used slower shutters for a few of the shots but not that slow.

Yes indeed in the Blue Mountains.... one of the very beautiful places in this Beautiful Australia!
