Few there offered with change from £500. I have bought and sold to them before, in fact I sold my 50D to them many years ago!

I'm just curious as a 50D owner...

What does a guy with a 5DMk2, 7d, and IR-converted 450D want with a 50D anyways?

I want it for extremely long exposure night photography, I need a good camera that is built like a tank. You're right I have the other cameras but I don't want to use those as they are brand new (except the 450d). I did a couple of seriously long exposures with the 5D II and it became really hot so decided on a cheaper option in case I trash the 5D/7D.

Just bought a used 50D from a local Gumtree ad. Only 10,000 shutter count and in perfect condition for £400 with spare batteries.
So now happy.
