I am an amateur and i wanna buy a superzoom, i searched lots of reviews but i confused to choose , FZ50 has a bigger sensor than FZ8 but it is 10 megapixel so it has noise in high iso,but it is in shape that i like. I wanna know which one is better at all, which one has less noise and get better pics?

As I said elsewhere: my fav is the fz50!

Hi Amin, welcome to the Cameralabs forums!

The FZ50 has several things the FZ8 doesn't have, including slightly higher resolution, a flash hotshoe, a lens barrel which doesn't extend, a flip out screen, manually operated zoom. If you really value these things, then go for the FZ50. But if you can live without them, the FZ8 is remarkable value at almost half the price.

In my search engine streetprice is around 430EUR (FZ50) vs 300EUR (FZ8).
