I guess the top photo locations depends on someone's interests, but personally I find a list that doesn't include at least one (and ideally all 7 should be present) the 7 wonders of the modern world and the sole survivor of the 7 wonders of the ancient world is a waste of Internet space.

Sure, some of the locations are interesting, but in at least some of the countries mentioned, there are better places to go. Canada's Johnston Canyon? Not bad, but try the Bay of Fundy with its world's largest tides. Or go for the Grand Canyon if you're into Canyons. Oaxaca's day of the death festival? That's fine, but how about Chichen Itza or Dzibilchaltun (or both since they're only like 200-300km apart) on a solstice or equinox?
