Hi,
I didn't know where to post this topic, and since I shoot Canon, this would be the logical place...
So, we all need the more MP the sensor has the better the lens needs to be in terms of sharpness & resolution.
There are some amazing Canon lenses that can make super sharp images, but lately with the high MP count sensors they seem to be struggling. On the other side, even old medium format camera lenses coupled with +40 MP backs, seem to be delivering much more than the FF, and most are similary priced or cheaper.
The images that come out of MF are much better in IQ, sharpness etc.
Why don't MF lenses encounter so much problems such as FF, it seems they like the high MP count...
Is the manufacturing process any different, such as quality control, quality of materials, or there is another story to it?
Anyone
