Think it's only been mentioned on rumour sites and not officially launched yet. You can look at the Tamron 18-270 as price guidance, and go up from there.

I agree Nikkor 18-300 is a rumor for now, but need to watch when on the market!

It's not much more than arumor, but Nikon could possibly do one. "When" is a totally different question, but looking at my fav rumors site here it looks likely to be imminent.
As to the price: I'd expect something along 900 USD.

I'm not a huge fan of the "all in one" zoom concept. While they're certainly usable all around, they generally seem to have one sweet spot, and perform only adequately throughout the rest of their range. However, for general shots they're quite good, and there's no arguing that they're extremely convenient. However, I'd prefer to carry around a general zoom, a telephoto, a prime, a wide angle, etc.

I'm still awaiting the 16-85 f/4, now THAT's something that I could see buying.
