Panasonic G3: 9-18mm, 14mm, 20mm, 45mm

Interesting set, I like them. Guess it's difficult to get a balanced photo with all the lights, #3 looks the best for me for balance.

For me the first shot is by far the best but needs a crop. The woman seen though the doorway is the stand out subject for the image. The people on the bike are a distraction that keeps attracting my eye but they aren't interesting (just their backs). I would experiment with cropping off the left of the shot - lose the couple and some street; maybe keep the parked bikes. I think that will really focus on the subject and make the image much stronger.

Thanks for the comments.

I posted them roughly in order of the amount of PP I did, starting with the least. The various light sources at different temperature play havoc with WB and so I was tempted to do B&W conversions, but I'd thought I'd try some dodge and burning to try to balance out the light.

There's a real art to PP which I'm still trying to learn.

Personally, I like the juxtaposition of the "two worlds" in the first pic. So I would just crop the empty street from the bottom (and maybe a little off the top, depending on how far apart you want the worlds to appear).
