With over 4 years in the taking, at least 10 individual frames and over 40-hours of total exposure time - the Virgo/Coma galaxies mega-mosaic (Phase 1) is now complete. The image stretches from M58 bottom left up to M100 top right and measures 4.42 x 5.16 degrees (I finally got Astrometry.net to work). No more big images like this from the Hyperstar in future, it costs too much in time and effort - any more big stuff will be done on the mini-WASP array grin01
