Hi All,

My name's Jim and I'm a newbie to DSLR photography having just purchased a Canon EOS 1100d. I've always enjoyed photography, in a point and shoot fashion, and envied those who can capture breathtaking images.

I'm hoping you guys can help me through the learning process, what I've seen so far on the site fills me with confidence. Keep up the good work.
