22MP sound great - at least not less than the 21MP of the 5D2 so qhile some might be disappointed about that small improvement it is still better than reducing them. I expect the ISO performance to be great. I hope to see a comparison between the 5D2 and the 5D3 - especially if they really have that similar resolution.
6fps sound great. I don't need more and with that resolution that's absolutely nice.
61-point 41 crosstype AF? Sounds very nice as well. Maybe that would get me away from using the center AF point only :D

Other things that sound really nice to me are 100% viewfinder coverage, dual card slots (YAY! I could use on my SD cards and still I could upgrade to CF!)
HDR mode. Won't be too impressive but nice to play with.
Improved durability and blabla resistance! YAY!

If that's true that's the camera I'll go for.

Let's hope the price is right ...

It may start high and then drop later. The figure of $3500 would equate to about £2200. Assuming that is body only and there is no inflated price for the UK then it is a bit pricey compared to the 5D2. The 5D2 is around £1500 (Mifsuds) at present.

Don't forget two things:
List price is typically higher than street price, depending on demand at the time.
The body pricing goes in cycles, and exchange rates are never fair on UK/EU people. The 5D2 is near end of (marketing) life and likely to be at or near bottom now. Anything replacing it is going to cost more. The only question then is how much more? Personally I'd be surprised if it's as low as £2200 for a while after launch.
