Using camera hacks are at your own risk.. Of course..
The infamous hack for the Gh1 & GH2 has now been upgraded for the GF2! Now you can do time lapse with a gf2, but you have to get the setting correct, and of course, its HIGHLY experimental.
In Ptools you can change the MJPEG settings From 720-1080
Then you change the FPS to 2.. (I tried 1 and it locked up the camera) Luckily pulling out the battery put it back to normal.
The video that came out was indeed 1080 @ 2fps so editing software doesnt like that so much.
Download GH13 time lapser and it "fixes" the file and turns it into a shorter file @ 25fps..
Not sure if I would recommend this process unless your comfortable messing around with programs. It could indeed turn your camera into a brick, but if your desperate for time lapse or higher quality video, give it a go..
