Camera Labs

Being BRAND NEW, I do not know if this kind of request is allowed, if not, please excuse in advance.

I have a Olympus C2100 UZ that apparently gets too hot and in about 10/15mins says that batteries are dead..... this is not true and the batteries can be put in another camera and work fine. Is there anyplace where I might send this camera to be looked at to see if it can be fixed.

The Olympus co. does not service this camera anymore..

Absolutely that sort of question is allowed - asking and answering such questions is part of what forum life is about. I'd only get suspicious if you were answered by another first time poster pointing to one company. Yes, such mock conversations have happened!
