So I took this picture of Tower Bridge in London today, and after I transfered the photos to my computer, I noticed a slight fuzziness to the photo. I noticed this in both the RAW and JPEG files. The picture just doesn't seem clear. Could it be ISO noise? I only had it set at 800, so I don't think it's that.

Looking at the picture at full zoom through the link makes it more noticeable

Even at the slightly bigger level it isn't clear, but looking at the exif, the aperture was at f/22 which is into the diffraction softening zone. Unless you have a good reason to use it for some other reason, then try around f/8. That would also let you use a lower ISO setting too.

There may be other reasons too, but we'd ideally need a full size image to guess at that.
