Okay, so here is the thing. I have been asked a few times by people on my facebook, how much do I edit my photos. I decided that I would show them by doing a before and after of an average shot.

I took this photo this morning. I hope you like the before and after.

You can clearly see the difference in #2, the blacks are blacker and sharper and the sky has more life in it, nice work.

Hi Marko,

A really lovely shot but (sorry, there had to be a "but" didn't there? ) my eye was rather distracted by the converging verticals. If you have enough spare pixels around what we can see you might want to apply a lens correction for vertical perspective (-18 in PhotoShop worked for me) and possibly also a 1/2 degree anticlockwise rotation. Very much a matter of personal taste and I'm no expert so you may well decide my suggestion is bunkum. Either way I still like the photo.

Good shot. You could save yourself a bit of work hovewer by cleaning the lens Or is the dust on the sensor?
