So, this past weekend a number of extended family came into town to see our new baby (about 1 month old now). Took the golden opportunity to photograph some portraits of my parents, grandparents, siblings, and in-laws. Enjoy some of the favorites.

Nice portraits. Although every time I see a portrait I struggle. I mean two pictures, exactly the same lightning, same camera, etc. and then in one a very pretty women and in the other, well someone average, say me. You would have to be very coldblooded and objective to say they are just as good. You know what I mean?

PS: I know a months has past by but ¡Congratulations!

PPS: The photos with your son look a bit odd because there is no visible surface. Looks like cheep Photoshop.

i don't agree i like the strait on portrait the are great for framing and they will hand on a wall much longer than and artsy fartsy pic, they may never win awards put thats not what they are here to do. they are here to say look at me i am your dad , uncle , sister whatever......

ps i like your wifes little sis and the baby what a treasure

Hey MrKman, I am sorry for the comment above. I don't know what was I thinking about. Wrong mood, I suppose. It was a bit inappropriate. Sorry. Nice portraits. By the time I'll be able to do so well I'll look like Dumbledore, probably.
