Thanks Phil, I thought that it would've been neat to try selective colour, but sadly PSE6 doesn't support that.

Evan, Ive personally found that the best way to attack selective colour is to duplicate the layer, desaturate it, add a layer mask, and then "paint" in colour

He was getting his picture taken by a friend, you can see the hands & camera shadow at the bottom of the frame.
I though the picture was the people looking at the boat, not the boat itself.
